Dear Bank of America, I read the attached post from Gail Robinson today, and was mortified. It seems to me that a bank as large as yours could show some compassion in cases like Gail Robinson’s. Why can’t you rewrite the loan, and let her husband spend his final days at home? I don’t know Ms. Robinson, but it seems to me that she’d be a good risk going forward, and modifying her loan would make much more sense then initiating a foreclosure. If not, it is my hope that others see your apparent insensitivity to Ms. Robinson’s (2 comments)
