We like to highlight undervalued real estae buys for our clients. Everyone has heard of Providence and Savannah on Highway 380, but Cross Oak Ranch is often over-looked for lack of visability from the major HWY 380. I remember when I started my new home sales career with Ryland Homes in Little Elm (Wynfield Farms) in 2001. It was a nighmare trying to get in and out of that backwards town.
