Just about every Thursday I go to the gym... To Central Rock Gym in Worcester and do some indoor rock climbing. Rock Climbing offers a great workout while having fun at the same time. Central Rock Gym is Central Massachusetts' largest indoor climbing gym. It is located across the street from the Higgins Armory, near Sam's Club, at the 190/290 interchange. The state of the art climbing gym includes: 14,000 square feet of climbing area Climbing walls range in height from 15 to over 40 feet! Terrain difficulty ranges from beginner to expert A separate beginner's area and a wall just for kids Locker rooms … (8 comments)
