Good Morning all and happy president's day, I hope you all had a great Valentines Day weekend.   Mine was relaxing and great.
Out of curiosity I was wondering how many and if any of your brokers hand out leads and if they do are they any good leads?  Also monthly office dues commission Splits and what not. I just wanted to see if it is pretty standard or if there are differences.   
Right now I Pay 220 a month in dues and get 60/40 split, no leads.   
So any comments

I was at a local car dealership the other day and let me let you high-pressure salespeople turn me off. I don't know about you, but when I start to feel pressure, I stop listening. I usually just say "no" and move along. I never want to be one of those high-pressure people. I like my working relationships to be smooth and comfortable.
