Well it's no surprise to anyone that the market has slowed, but I really didn't realize how bad it was until speaking with some of the other brokers in the area. The complete market has dropped about 30% since last yr at this time.   
I have had a few listing the last couple of weeks, but buyers are hard to find right now. There has been a few people looking but since they tightened up the loan requirements, it makes it a lot harder. 620 or better is hard to find right now.
