The first one is a beautiful working cattle ranch  on a FM Rd. It  is some of the best looking land in southern Hopkins County, 232 acres total with two working water wells. It includes 3 large lakes-ponds and 2 smaller ponds that … (5 comments)

hopkins county real estate: Why You Should Consider Listing Your Home - 04/21/09 07:04 AM
Let me explain why you should consider listing your home - your most valuable possession - with me.
In today's world, you need to have an agent working for you who's experienced, ethical and confident - one who'll do everything within his or her power to get your home sold for the right price, in a timely fashion and with a minimum of hassle.
You also need somebody who's technologically savvy. I'll not only advertise your home in print, I'll place it on the Internet, where it can be seen by millions of potential buyers. When you list with me, I'll … (0 comments)

hopkins county real estate: Get pre-qualified, or get pre-approved? - 04/20/09 07:52 AM
If you're considering the purchase of a new home, you may be concerned with the issue of finance. Attaining the right mortgage is a key step in the home buying process, but it doesn't have to be a stress-inducing one. hopkins county real estate: MARKET DOWN TURN IN MARCH !!! - 04/14/09 09:04 AM
Well it's no surprise to anyone that the market has slowed, but I really didn't realize how bad it was until speaking with some of the other brokers in the area. The complete market has dropped about 30% since last yr at this time.
I have had a few listing the last couple of weeks, but buyers are hard to find right now. There has been a few people looking but since they tightened up the loan requirements, it makes it a lot harder. 620 or better is hard to find right now.

Well I hope it picks up soon
