Is anyone seeing a difference in offering a property Rent to Own or Owner Finance as opposed to traditionally selling a property and the buyer getting a mortgage?
I, for one, have found that many people do not have the 3% down payment that is required for a Rent to Own or the 10% to get Owner Financing. I would like to hear from others about their thoughts on this subject.

I'd like to hear from others about the auctioning of high dollar properties. This consists of properties that are worth more than 1 million dollars.
I'm about to auction 5 different properties worth over 1 million dollars each and, like the rest of you, the economy has me a bit worried. I feel that it will be harder for buyers to qualify.
