SPICE, is an Indian Thai Bistro in Newtown Square that has been voted best all round Indian kitchen by the Philadelphia Inquirer and that accolade is well deserved. Thanks Susan Manners for suggesting this incredible eatery this weekend! The owners also have another SPICE in downtown West Chester Not one to linger long over menus, I was stumped; what a list of offerings from clay oven specialties to biryani to amazing soups and salads.
