I had a tight squeeze the other day. That's my ladder inside a closet. No I'm not putting it away, that's the way into the attic. It was so narrow the ladder had to be put in side ways to fit.

I had asked AR members to comment on how they would have helped a young woman, a past customer, who called with a mold concern. In the first part, Customer Service, What would you do? Part One. the details were given of the woman's situation.
I wasn't looking for a "right answer", but how you would respond as a business and a person to a client's problem. I got a call the other day from a past client in Middlefield, CT who had found some mold in her home. I had inspected the house for her just over a year ago. She was very nervous, as I could hear in her voice, about the mold she had found.
I asked where she had found the mold.
She said on the wall of a few lower kitchen cabinets, in her bedroom closet on some of her shoes, (that really bothered her) and in a broom closet on the wall.
I asked her how much mold she found.
