If there is one question I keep hearing it is "what is going to happen with prices in the next 6 months? Personally, I believe the market will start to spring back in the last quarter of 2006. Prices are holding and sellers for the most part are not reducing prices by significant amounts. True, there is a huge supply of inventory, however, I believe there is also a large pool of buyers who are sitting on the sidelines waiting to see what will happen in the next few months.
