The communities of Roseville continue to perform well in the beginning of 2012. I am receiving a steady stream of property management inquiries from investors interested Roseville, Rocklin and their surrounding communities. We continue to accept those who have lost their primary residences due to the market downturn--if they have stable income and the credit situation is found to be acceptable--place them!

As usual the Roseville and surrounding communities continue to enjoy a strong rental market. Though the Summer and Fall rush are over the Winter still finds qualified applicants looking to rent. We are still seeing a steady stream of families who have lost their primary residences and need to rent--most are excellent rental property candidates. All residential rentals are finding strong demand from qualified applicants. Condos and single family homes both are placing good tenants for great rents in short time. Typical vacancy periods are 2-3 weeks when priced properly. Investors are buying condos near the Roseville Galleria for 1/3rd the orginal sales price from the orginal sales dates in 2004-05. The greater Roseville area continues to be a highly desirable location for prospective tenants. High end properties are performing very well in these communities but all levels of property value are doing well. A large portion of renters continues to be those who have recent distressed sales or foreclosures....their peripheral credit is good and incomes are usually exceptional. With a close examination of their rental application they prove to be excellent candidates to rent.

roseville rentals: For rentals, the song remains the same: price it properly!

My rentals in Natomas, South Port, Sacramento and Roseville are all finding qualified tenants....I'm able to do this by pricing the rentals properly. In Natomas I am able to rent out three, four and five bedroom homes with slightly increased rents. South Port West Sacramento and some areas in Sacramento are seeing rents stay stagnate or drop a couple percentage points. Roseville continues to perform well and is slightly increasing rents there too. Knowledge and confidence are key--when picking up new accounts we must use our expertise to price and market the rental effectively. If you price it right, they will (5 comments)

The communities within Roseville and Lincoln continue to be sought after by high end clientele. Whether it is Sun-City or Cirby Hills, the beautifull properties that surround our Roseville office are a privilege to work for. New development in Downtown Roseville with restaurants and a growing night life such as found at the Boxing Donkey Irish Pub is an indication Roseville wants to keep their residents at home in local establishments.
