Before I left the house this morning I scanned through my emails and noticed this article in today's Realty Times.  
Real Estate Outlook: Housing Starts Rise  
I scanned the story, which pretty much paints a positive picture of the trend we are seeing in our local market as well.  New home construction has picked up the pace up after several years of decline.
