Today was a picture perfect day in north Idaho. Bright blue skies and sunshine. Spring was in the air, while the snow white mountain tops reminded us that winter is not far removed. I had occasion to show property north of Post Falls. It was a very nice little home on ten acres with a highly sought after shop. The north Idaho man cave! It was on a road with a catchy name, High Noon Court. Which was located at the end of OK Corral Road. As we were leaving I snapped this picture on my iPad out the car widow. No (1 comments)

Janna Rankin Scharf, GRI, CLHMS, SFR, AB - Coeur d'alene Idaho Real Estate Homes for Sale Today was a crisp, clear day here in beautiful North Idaho. I took the opportunity to get outside this afternoon to go for a hike on the English Point Trail with my husband. Driving home we spotted a flock of wild turkeys along the road. Janna Rankin Scharf, GRI, CLHMS, SFR I had the privilege of congratulating some wonderful clients of mine on the successful conclusion to their real estate journey. This time last year we were looking for a retirement home for them to buy. They wanted to downsize, find the last home they would ever live in. Selling proved to be more more of a challenge, but this week we (4 comments)

I learned at the old Central School at 7th & Garden in Coeur d'Alene. With Mrs. Hopperstad at the classroom piano, we would belt it out regularly at the top of our lungs. I was at a friend's for dinner in Colorado when it came up in conversation that Craig grew up in southern Idaho. I mentioned that I grew up in Northern Idaho (1 comments)
