Before I left the house this morning I scanned through my emails and noticed this article in today's Realty Times. Real Estate Outlook: Housing Starts Rise I scanned the story, which pretty much paints a positive picture of the trend we are seeing in our local market as well. New home construction has picked up the pace up after several years of decline. A few minutes later as I was heading into work, I rounded the corner to a happy sight, roof trusses swinging through the air.
