After years of appreciation--good time to buy Oak Island Homes?
There's been 5 years of appreciation in Oak Island, NC real estate.  it became the top beach town of new construction after Carolina Beach got built out essentially the past few years ago.There's only so much land on a beach LOL

Bedrooms matter with oceanfront homes in Oak Island
All things being equal or somewhat equal...the number of bedrooms you have in a vacation rental at Oak Island homes the better.  You want to advertise your listing as sleeping as many people as possible.  It's okay to have a room for several bunk beds as 2 families putting their kids on 1 or 2 rooms works and gives you a lot higher numbers.  See below for thoughts.
