The latest numbers came out giving the report of pending home sales for October. Month over month, the index is up 0.6% in the Northeast and 7.8% in the South, it is down -4.3% in the Midwest, and -8.7% in the West. Once again we see all real estate is local proving last months article about this area being a real estate "Safe Haven" This shows month over month why Dauphin, Lancaster, & Lebanon counties is a great place to buy real estate. … (0 comments)
