Your Central North Carolina Real Estate agent wants to remind all first time home buyers that time is running out to take advantage of the up to $8,000 tax credit for purchasing a home this year. In order be eligible for the rebate you SHOULD have the home you wish to purchase under contract by the end of September. The home MUST close by the end of November.
