Tue May 19 2020 This week the median list price for Spring Valley, CA 91977 is $544,950 with the market action index (MAI) hovering around 86. This is an increase over last month’s MAI of 82. A MAI under 30 is considered a “Buyer’s Market” and over 30 is a “Seller’s market”. Home inventory has held steady at or around 28 properties for sale.Home sales continue to outstrip supply and the Market Action Index has been moving higher for several weeks.
