There are approximately 303 Manufactured and Mobile Home Communities near San Diego, CA.  The terms “mobilehomes” and “manufactured homes” had been (and still are in certain instances) used interchangeably in many California statutes.  However, effective January 1, 2008, SB 538 amended California law by differentiating the definitions of mobilehomes and manufactured homes based on when they were built.
Mobilehome is defined as “a structure that was constructed prior to June 15, 1976, is transportable in one or more sections, is eight body feet or more in width, or 40 body feet or more in length, in the traveling mode, or, when erected onsite, is 320 … (0 comments)
