(BETHESDA REAL ESTATE) Foreclosures are such a hot topic in the news lately, causing most buyers to believe that they can find a home that's a steal. There a few states where the foreclosure impact is so significant and widespread that there are many opportunities for forward thinking investors to get great deals.
