Time is flying by, and it is again time for us to adjust our clocks backwards 1 hour since Daylight Saving Time will end on Sunday, November 6, 2011 for much of the United States. So before you go to bed on Saturday the 5th, turn your clocks, watches, car clocks, VCRs, DVRs, etc back an hour. Most of your smart phones, computers, and cable boxes will do it by themselves via a signal from your providers or a program within the device that keeps track of time changes. Daylight Saving Time 2011 begins this Sunday. So just a quick reminder that you need to set your clocks ahead one hour when you go to bed on Saturday the 12th so that when you wake up on Sunday the 13th you will be in synch with the rest of the United States. Forget to do it, and you will be out-of-step for the day! Just a quick reminder that early in the morning on November 1, 2009, Daylight Saving Time will end. Time to "fall back" again. So mark your calendars, and before you go to bed that Saturday, be sure to set back your alarm clocks. Grab that extra hour of sleep! Before you know it we will be setting our clocks ahead again. On Sunday, November 2nd we need to remember to turn our clocks back 1 hour as Daylight Saving Time ends for 2008. It is hard to believe that it is that time again. For me it is always difficult to have the sunrises and sunsets change so dramatically. Oh well, it has to be done or we won't be on time for anything. So remember to change all of your clocks before you go to bed on Saturday that weekend! … (0 comments)
