Idabel Oklahoma has very few NEW homes. The newest addition in Idabel is The Oakbrook Addition behind Pizza Hut on SE Washington St. That addition was established in the 80's. There is still new homes going in there, but they are being built by individuals who have purchased a lot for the construction of a new custom built home... and then it may be a while before someone else gets a whim to build one. There are only 106 lots in Oakbrook Addition and most of the homes are built on multiple lots of at least 2, some more than 2. … (2 comments)
