Kootenai Cancer Center Satellite Office in Sandpoint The well known Kootenai Cancer Center in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho used to be where any Sandpoint resident needing cancer treatment would have to go. Accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on cancer, the medical center focuses on all stages of cancer from prevention to remission. Without needing the services, one may not realize there is now a satellite office in our own Bonner General Hospital. Oncologist, Francene Mason or Dr. Fran, as she likes to be called, is the doctor on staff in Sandpoint. Dr. Fran is a knowledgeable and caring physician … (0 comments)

Route of the Hiawatha Rail-Trail Here's a thought for your personal newsletter. This is an article I wrote for my newsletter that had good comments from prospects who decided to come here to take this little bike ride. I'm trying to feature more things having to do with local activities from a personal point of view. Trail of the Hiawatha Let's see...where could I take the grandkids that would get us outdoors to see some amazing scenery, experience history's legacy, get exercise (but not too much), stop to picnic and talk to one another....all while creating treasured memories?
