florida: Live at the Beach Club, vacation every day, Florida

We actually spent such a wonderful day at the beach at the Beach Club in Hallandale. The location is great because it is just off of North Miami, and just south of Fort Lauderdale. Our client has been so happy at the Beach Club that she insisted we spent a day at the beach with them. Imagine how much of a sacrifice we had to make ! But to be honest we were impressed at how nice the beach was, with the service of beach chairs and the food service at the pool including bar service. Finest building in Bal Harbour, south of Sunny Isles, close to Aventura, Florida It's amazing how the market has changed and how the property value has gone down in all the markets in general. But what is amazing is that Buyers don't realize this is not something that is going to last a long time. The time to buy is NOW. If you think of what the costs of building new are today, you realize that the properties cannot be duplicated at the prices they are being sold today.
