Since tankless water heaters became popular years ago, and the government regulated safety measures, I have received the same call many times, including one today. “My shower will only get Luke warm”. Now many people love hot showers and not to be able to have one in a brand new new home is not a good thing. All of the newer homes have a safety device on their shower controls.
