Dear Beneficial Mortgage Customer: I wanted to call to your attention a short sale experience I had with Beneficial Mortgage Company (a division of HSBC). I have a current client who lost his job and could no longer afford his Camas, WA home financed by Beneficial Mortgage. After months of struggling to get a loan modification, we listed the house as a short sale. Within a week I was in contact with the appropriate party at the bank, and was able to negotiate a pre-approved price plus a generous relocation fee for my client.
