Always wanted to live on the lake, but thought you couldn't afford it? I am here to tell you that IT IS POSSIBLE to live well and do it on much less than it would cost you to have a tiny one bedroom apartment in the big city. That is, of course if your dream lifestyle includes living on the water, being able to look out your window everyday and see the sailboats passing by, maybe having access to a boat slip, swimming dock, nature parks, views of the Blue Ridge mountains?
