Statistics are fun... but they often don't always tell the whole story. Still - they can be a good indication of the market and what it's doing right now. Basically, unless you're really not that interested in real estate and haven't been paying attention - you know the market in Kirkland right now is HOT! What's interesting is the difference between our two zip codes.
