I find it is much easier for buyers to preview and purchase a Park City ski condo or home in the summer.  Many times sellers will keep their ski property in a rental pool while trying to sell their ski condo or ski home which makes it very challenging to show buyers these properties. Summer is the best time of the year to find ski property for sale.
      
 
During the winter ski season there are more buyers in town in the popular ski communities so it is harder to negotiate for a good price when you are competing with more buyers.  Also many of the ski properties are in a rental pool during the ski season so they are harder to preview with guests occupying the properties.
