Summer is a great time to buy a ski condo or home in Park City UT I find it is much easier for buyers to preview and purchase a Park City ski condo or home in the summer. Many times sellers will keep their ski property in a rental pool while trying to sell their ski condo or ski home which makes it very challenging to show buyers these properties. Ski rental properties are heavily occupied during the ski season with rental guests and many times can't be shown when occupied. The occupancy isn't as high for these properties in the summer, (0 comments)
Finally enjoy brand new construction condos and townhomes at Park City Mountain Resort.
