Late Night at Kauai Dreams Realty Two years ago I got a call on a Sunday afternoon. I just pulled up to the beach when my phone rang. The caller had a number of questions on my listing and I asked my number 1 question "Are you working with another Realtor?" Yes they were. I politely told them that they should be asking their Realtor these questions. Their response was their Realtor never answers his phone.
