It is old news that MGM CityCenter is reducing prices 30% in an effort to convert contract holders into actual sales and perhaps sell some previously unsold inventory. At upwards of $700 psf they have a real challenge on their hands. It is always easier to sell the tangible and I expect that Mandarin Oriental condos will be some of Vegas' finest & priciest high rise condos.
