Market Report for Franklin, NC August 2011 Total Sales for Residential, Land and Commercial in Franklin, NC is 42 that number is down from Aug. 1 - 31 2010 our sales were 57. Our average days on the market in Franklin, NC are down from 203 to 166, its good to see that number improve. Our List Price and Selling Price is down and that is NOT good to see. Our percentage of list price is up and that is a wonderful thing for the Sellers.

Conflict of Interest? Most of my clients use my husband, Joe as a Home Inspector. Before some of you go off, I do give them other names and express it would not hurt my feelings one bit if they do not choose Joe. For years before I became a Realtor, I went on many, many Home Inspections with my husband and used to go to his CE classes to.
