January 12, 2012 and it still feels like Fall in the Mountains of Franklin, NC It is suppose to snow here in Franklin, NC and surrounding areas. It is snowing all around me in places like Cowee, Burningtown and even in the town of Franklin. I live just south of town in the community of Clarks Chapel and have not seen a single flake yet.
