Spring is in the air and so are the Wood Bee's
Wood Bee's are already here! This is the damage a wood pecker will do if the bee's lay their eggs. (also known as the carpenter bee)
It does not matter what kind of wood it is but if you don't keep you home treated this could happen to you.
This is the second home already this year where the home owner was not home to plug the perfectly round holes and treat.

When I first moved here to Franklin, NC back in 1993 I did not know I had moved to the Gem Capitol of the World! Of the World I said. Its is one of the oldest and largest shows in the southeast. Dealers come from all over near and far and yes you can see & buy the most unique jewelry all in one place.
Everyone should attend at least one of these events if you should be in the area. There are still several gem mines open in Franklin and surrounding areas. It's just plain clean fun to go gem mining!

I have always said that our Real Estate market follows the big cities and especially Florida when it come to the market. What ever is happening in you area usually does not hit our area of Franklin, NC for about a year and a half to two.
Recently we been seeing a lot of Foreclosure come on the market in Franklin, NC and has not stopped for a month or two. Yes we have had some but it seems like more and more are coming.
