Buyers are buying and sellers are selling. you have to convince the sellers to clean the property up and lower the price!! The Buyers are buying! If you dont lower your price your property will sit for another 200 days. Sellers think they are losing money if the lower the price when in fact you are loosing more buy owning it , paying taxes , insurance, mortgage and upkeep. LOWER THE PRICE! … (1 comments)
