We’re in the finishing stages of our renovation at 4408 Grandview. Carpet was installed on Friday and the majority of the interior paint was completed on Wednesday. I can’t wait to get this hosue on the market. Just look at it. Couldnt you just call this place home?
Its a lot easier to start relaxing about a renovation getting done once the carpet has been installed. I love how open this living space feels. It sort of reminds me of the renovation we did 13608 Spring St in Grandview, MO.

Our renovation at 4408 Grandview Rd in South Kansas City is just a few weeks away from being completed. I love how close this house is to Glad Heart Realty and IHOP. I can’t help but think that this house is going to be quick sale. As you can see the crews have started painting the shutters on this house. Whenever I see shutters this color it reminds me of our renovation at 5832 E 99th last summer.

The crew at 4408 Grandview continue to move along at at their own pace. Granted this house is a bit larger than most. After all how many homes do you come across that will have 2 kitchens? Not a week passes that I don’t get a phone call from someone who drives by this house inquiring about the bedrooms, bathrooms, and of course the price. I really think that this house is poised for a quick sale upon completion not only because of all the phone calls we’ve received but also because of where its located.
