We are in our final week of renovation on 12512 Winchester in Grandview, MO. I stopped by the property earlier today after a showing on 11819 Delmar.
The exterior paint has been completed and our standard blue door has been installed. This house is located right across the street from an awesome park. I’m sure being located on this street it will get plenty of drive by and walk by exposure.

I’m leaning towards having all of my vacant listings staged. Each time I see a staged home I’m impressed with how much better the house looks. I’ve already talked to most of my investors and many of them have agreed to pay for this additional service…especially if it sells their properties faster. For the ones that are not on board with staging yet I hope these before and after pictures will help change their perceptions of this service. The house below is listed at $139,900. After four weeks our crews have finally completed the renovation of 9808 E. 76th Tr. Some of you may remember that this was the house where me and my business partner Jason were interviewed by the Raytown Post a few weeks ago.
I really love how spacious this home is on the inside. The hardwood floors came out great once again. It’s always shocking to find great hardwood floors like these covered by carpet. 14500 Craig is the second renovation we’ve done in the popular River Oaks subdivision of Grandview, MO. This house sits right off of one of the nicest golf courses in the city. I’m sure the new deck we put on this house will be put to good use watching many golf games.

After four weeks of rehab Vizion’s first property in Independence, MO has been completed and listed on the market at the very reasonable price of $125,000. This of course means we have another installment of our continuing series Nastiest to Nicest remodels. Project Independence is the first house we’ve had the opportunity to use the new solid surface granite counters. It’s also the first house we’ve done in Independence, MO. I stopped by Project Independence today after hearing that the new solid surface granite counter tops had been installed. Carpet got installed yesterday and the house should be finished by Friday. This is the first house we’ve done in Independence, MO so everyone in the office is very excited for its completion.
I was rather surprised to see that the garage doors had been set. This house didnt have a garage when we go it.

Everything is still up in the air at this point but it looks like Vizion is in hot pursuit of two properties in Grandview, MO. One property is located on 122nd and the other would be located in the very desirable River Oaks subdivision. Specific details such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and price ranges are not yet available but what we do know is that these homes will be incredible. A replacement for Project 76 has been found in the popular Brookside area details on this new project will outlined in a later most. Reason For Project Death: Silly Banks. You would think that with all the bank owned properties on the market that banks would be chomping at the bits to sell some real estate. Apparently that is not the case.
