mo: How Does a Lease Option Work? - 09/07/08 12:22 PM

In a 12 month lease the numbers work like this.
(List Price) $100,000 X 3% = $3,000 (Initial … (2 comments)

mo: So It Finally Happened To Me!!! - 08/20/08 09:03 AM
So it finally happened to me.   Today while I was eating lunch at Chipotle I received a call from someone who found me on AR.  Unfortunately it was not a potential client.  It was a telemarketer trying to get me to switch property management companies.  After explaining to him that we already have a management company and were not in the market for a new one I asked the telemarketer where he had gotten my phone number.  His response was my website which he got the link too from my AR home page.  While I hate being hassled by telemarketers’ … (16 comments)

My only concern is that this is to my recollection the second time just this year that the government has stepped in to the private sector and literally bailed out a company. Where will the government draw the line? If they can just step in and solve private sector problems is this really a free market?
Questions like these endlessly swirl around in my mind. Sometimes I wonder if it is even possible for things to get better if the government is … (1 comments)

mo: Nastiest To Nicest Remodels Part 1 - 07/30/08 07:33 AM
For quite some time we have been rehabbing homes in the KC Metro area.  Almost daily I would look online for video of other rehabbers properties.  Yet week after week I found nothing.  Finally after much debate and little video editing experience under my belt I uploaded a video.  While you can view all of my videos on our youtube channel.
This is the first edition of what I hope will soon be a staple in the rehabber’s/ investors blogosphere.
I introduce you to The Nastiest to Nicest Remodels Part 1. Enjoy!
