I finally found out what I'm doing wrong.......

On Thursday, I attended one of those "webinar" training things on how to...... It turned out to be a re-hash of every training course I've ever taken spouting the same old drivel - pick up the phone and call on the FSBO's, pick up the phone and call on the expired's, send out SNAIL MAIL. Not a single word of internet marketing in any way, shape, or form.

But, the presenter of this "training" said something which gave me an "AHA MOMENT." He said that we have to get over … (30 comments)

Tonight, as I was getting ready to shut down the computer, I got this email sent to my "junk E-mail" file. I don't know why it was sent there because it probably cost me a lot of "leads." What do you think? Mind you, I only copy an pasted the email:
