Maybe an old question....but......here it is again..
 
     We all do it, and even just prior to thinking about this question I browsed through the web to see what kind of info I could find.  In multiple places including an NAR study article, Open Houses only benefit 2-4 percent of homes sold.
     Especially with a media driven, web based society, are Open Houses effective anymore..??
     If nearly 87% of recent home buyers are using the Internet as an information resource, I think maybe we could decide how to better attract the remaining 13 %

With over 400 deciduous trees here in the great state of Tennessee you can expect and OVERWHELMING DISPLAY of colors during the fall. Late EXPLODING colors can be seen all the way into November while slowly moving west from the Smokies thru the Cumberland Plateau....

Simply that....out of all the email gimmics and things to try, what's working???  From fuel additives, not letting your tank get below half, pumping slow, to simply driving below the maximum speed limit.  Like doing 60 mph in a 70 mph zone....
   What is proving itself for you???  For those of you paying Sams Club $40.00 membership fees to simply save an extra .06-.08 cents a gallon, you basically only save maybe $20.00 a year depending on how far you drive out of the way just to fill up at a Walmart or Sams...not worth it to … (3 comments)

                 It is that time !!!! What have you got in the ground ??  I have got a small 30x40 ft patch with 13 rows planted and I cant wait unitl the garden is FULL !!!!
