Don't you just love it when you work a deal and the buyer decides maybe my mom will buy the house.  Here we go again.  I have to show the house to her now.  OH BOY.  Oh well maybe I will sell it.

Anyone heard of the Sa;es tax refund from hurricane Katrina?  Anyone bother to fill out the sheets to get their refund?  Well I did and you know what?  I received my full refund today.  So take the time and do it.  Also call me when you are ready to SELL or BUY.

I have already seen people fertilizing their yards.  I once heard an so called expert say this is too early.  On the Northshore think of tax day.  We have never had a frost after that day.  On the Southshore the end of March should be safe.  Otherwise you probably are only feeding the weeds right...

A brief note today on the area schools.  Why are the Northshores school among the best.  Some would say it's the income level of the residents in the community.  I believe that is part of it.  My first belief is in the families in the area.  We have a strong family oriented community over here.  ...

Let me point out several reasons to relocate North of the lake and not South of it.  First you automatically gain above sea level status, after Katrina who can argue that value.  Secondly the crime rate over here is very low.  Third we have some of the highest rated schools in the state of Louisi...
