The U. S. economy is on adrenalin. Locally the Slidell Real Estate market is getting some of the jolt this adrenalin gives when first injected. The economy is like a patient with a bad heart in critical care. When the heart rate is low or barely palpable one pushes adrenalin to boost the pressure and heart rate. The economy is on a government stimulus (adrenalin) at this time and barely has a blood pressure. Eventually the adrenalin doesn't work anymore and then we are in big trouble. Any full time Realtor who survived the past twelve months go ahead and pat your self on the back. You are a survivor. You made it through some of the toughest times possible. If you were able to pay your bills and stay above water well done. If you were able to grow your business this year than my hats off to you. Happy New Year and here's to a great one coming.

Thursday was the first day lately that my dad and i were able to get out with very little wind. We started about 7:30 a.m. The tide was falling and the bite was on. We had 32 keepers by 9:30 a.m. I had to go do some real estate business in Slidell. The fish were biting on the Southshore mostly. I went out this evening and we only caught six. We havent caught any big ones yet. But we will. Get out there and catch some fish. The bite will remain good until early June, unless they open the spillway. Call … (2 comments)
