equestrian farms ranches land: Land & Equestrian Properties are really moving! - 03/28/15 07:56 AM
Here in the palm Springs Valley, as with ALL real estate throughout the country, houses recovered first, Commercial properties next, and now is the recovery of our Land Sales!
Desert Luxury Properties, whether we are talking about homes, whether on golf courses or not, seem to be blazing the trail in residential Sales.  perhaps for two reasons specifically..people with much expendable cash are doing VERY well on the Stock Market, and they often don't need Loans.  This is the very same Buyer that is now stepping up and purchasing Land, Ranches & Equestrian Properties throughout the Eastern Valley.
