There are many exclusive country clubs here in the desert Valley, the Eldorado Country Club is one of our most famous! Located in Indian Wells, the very centrally located desert City famously surrounded by some other incredible clubs such as The Vintage, Toscana Country Club and the Indian Wells CC. Eldorado is admired by many, and joined by a select few. This Private club just celebrated over 50 years in the Valley. Former Presidents have owned and played here, and Membership is by "invitation only." A club member must sponsor you to buy within the club, and to purchase a golf … (3 comments)

Part of being an independent contractor..in ANY business, is being self-motivated, very disciplined and driven. At least in my mind that separates the successful self-employed from the not so successful ones. Realtors have to put alot of time and energy out front. Meaning there are hours and hours spent online, in the car and previewing BEFORE we even get the opportunity to show properties! Once you meet your client and take them around, they can always decide not to go forward..and all your time is for naught. Or is it???
