When people look in the La Quinta Cove, they pretty much KNOW what they want. They choose the Cove for it's location right next to the mountains, it's walkability (and golf cart rideability), proximity to Old Town La Quinta as well as the La Quinta Resort & Spa and the fact that there are NO HOA's!!
