luxury real estate buyers: "Hey..are you a Realtor???" - 10/14/12 12:40 AM
This is one of the wackiest ways I've met a buyer yet.  They haven't closed yet, so still not 100%, but offer is in and we'll see..
I was returning the key to the lockbox after previewing a home for an investor of mine.  He'd just called me and asked me to go look at the new Foreclosure I'd just sent him a couple hours before.  Of course, I was at the barn (it was 5 pm), checking the horses and had my little dog, Spartacus, with me.  Off I went.
