and Every day when I drive through the Valley, whether it's previewing property, running errands, checking on the horses… Whatever, I keep seeing more new projects getting off the ground. The great thing is that a lot of these projects have been standing abandoned, behind tattered, green, net fences, for years. Here in the desert, when land is cleared of the desert brush, it leaves sandy topsoil that blows like crazy. It is fantastic to see these vacant and abandoned developments taking flight again. The developers version of Palm Springs Valley infill! The Palm Springs Valley and La Quinta is building again. (0 comments)

Christmas for me is frantic. I try to do it all, and that only seems to make things not get done! I have to keep reminding myself to breathe..slow down and just breathe. Enjoy this time, enjoy my family, enjoy my clients, enjoy my ponies..just plain old JOY! Yesterday I was caught up in getting it all done! Good grief..get those leases done. Get that video done. Get that new Listing appointment done. Get the sale ponies to the field..done. Check on the cats I agreed to look in on for some friends/clients that are gone for Christmas..done. I am (2 comments)

Where in the world is Vista Santa Rosa, California? When Canadians come to the Palm Springs Valley, and they come in droves to escape their cold winters, I would venture to say that not a single one of them knows where Vista Santa Rosa is. I would go even further and say that many Palm Springs Valley residents don't know where it is either! How can that be? Vista Santa Rosa is an unincorporated approx. 20 mile stretch of rural land in the Eastern Coachella Valley. Date Farms, agricultural fields, horse training facilities, polo pony breeding farms and wide open land..that's (0 comments)
