Pretty much EVERYTHING is selling in the Palm Springs Valley..Lots, Vacant Land, Equestrian Properties, Re-modeled Mid-Century homes, everything is SMOKING out the door. OK..just how much influence does the Coachella Music Festival held at the Empire Polo Grounds, have on our local economy??? The short term Rental Market, and luxury Lease Rental market is hugely impacted. My own sales I believe are driven to a small degree by the interest, and certainly the increased recognition by new people of our desert cities.
