real estate agents: How come so many agents don't call back?

The business of real estate is one of making deals. Making a deal generally implies that there is more than one person involved. It naturally follows that communication is imperative. Then why is it that so many agents do not return a phone call, shoot a quick text, or respond to a short email?
Here in the Palm Springs Valley where I work, we have some super Star real estate agents, but we also have a large number of part-time agents, and some REALLY part-time agents. Part-time or full-time, if you are in the real estate industry, it would seem to … (0 comments)

Buying a Home; Who Do You Believe???? I'm looking at the LA Times for today, and all on one page of the Business section are the following Headlines.."October Sales Rise for New Homes.", "Interest rates drop, matching record low", "Fannie Mae to tighten mortgage lending rules" Good Grief!
