Here Below are your market stats for April 2013 from the Bagwell Team for Lee' Summit, Missouri! Overall, the Lee's Summit area home sales indicate that your area is in a NORMAL SELLER's Market. Overall, the numbers indicate there is 5.65 months of inventory available for buyers to choose from indicating the normal seller market. There appears to be a demand for homes priced between $100,000 to $200,000 and under with three to six months of inventory in those price bands.
